The 2nd Amendment

The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

What should the Second Amendment mean to you and me? The Second Amendment was written a long time ago, before many of us were born and this amendment is crucial in keeping us alive today by means of self-defense. Yet many will argue that it is necessary to infringe on this right, in an effort to curb gun violence. But this right was born through bloodshed and death with three percent of our forefathers deciding that we have a right to free speech, a right to worship without restrictions, and the right to self-governance.

The answer was to take up arms, as the last means necessary to protect their homes from the King of England edicts. Taxation without representation. And to prevent the occupation of a citizen's home by British soldiers. These were just a very few examples that our fellow citizens faced back then.

I say our fellow citizens because what our forefathers faced then; we are facing right now! This applies to today and we now are back to three percent standing up to tyranny. History does repeat itself and again we are here. From the Boston Tea Party protest to the oppressive mandates being placed on us this very moment across the world. We are all witnessing nations fall under a globalist tyrannical agenda.

The elite cabal wants us all unarmed and unable to defend ourselves from criminals and government overreach. The introduction I wrote is a warning to learn from the past. We need to be aware of our surroundings and realize that we may face some real challenges ahead.

This is not a message to be violent nor a message to take up arms. This is a message to be aware that many of our rights are being threatened. And they are under fire! Dare I say ALL OF OUR RIGHTS are corroding right before our very eyes. The Western world is one step closer to walking into full-blown oppression, like that of 1937 Germany or the Soviet Union, and now the Chinese Communist Party.

This forum will be about gun safety. In the recent news there has been negligence on movie sets to the absent-minded ignorance of safety. I will always reiterate the importance of gun safety. It is important that a responsible gun owner is trained thoroughly. Anyone that is a gun owner should be of the mindset, to never ever point a gun at another human being ever.

That being said, if the common criminal is allowed to defile our homesteads without restraint, then we as law abiding citizens should be free to defend ourselves and our families. This is what our forefathers learned through war, that we as Americans should never have to live in fear. We should always have the right to protect ourselves from home invasion or the common assailant on the street, to a tyrannical government out of control.

There will be much more content on this page in the future. Please all stay tuned. We have much more to cover. We are the people, and the government is to work for us. If we hang separately, then we might hang together. Remember we have much to live up to at this time. It is our responsibility to fight for our Second Amendment right to bear arms.

Please find links on this page to how New York is deciding on who has the right to conceal carry. This is timely as they defund the police and want to disarm citizens.

These are indeed, alarming times.
